Cooperative Educational Services (CES)
ARC has been a partner for the past 19 years with Cooperative Educational Services, a member-owned agency
that operates under a Joint Powers Agreement authorized by the New Mexico Department of Finance and
Administration. We have worked with a number of CES members on a wide variety of projects. Members can contract directly with CES for our services without the time and expense involved in issuing an RFP and separate contract.
ARC's facility programming and master planning clients include county, municipal, state and federal government agencies. Our work ranges from feasibility studies and stand-alone facility programs to comprehensive agencywide facility master planning.
We have successfully completed projects for many state and federal agencies, including the Bureau of Indian Affairs, National Park Service, and the former U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (now U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement).
ARC provides community planning services throughout New Mexico.
ARC has extensive experience in facility planning studies for research institutions, the most notable of which is a nearly 25-year working relationship with Sandia National Laboratories (SNL).
Projects for SNL have included project funding justification studies, facilities programs and long-range campus master plans. We have contributed planning services for some of SNL's largest facility undertakings, including the Microsystems and Engineering Sciences Application facility, the Joint Computational Engineering Lab, and the Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies, and have completed strategic master plans for many of the Strategic Management Units at the organization.
