SIZE AND FUNCTIONALITY OF SITE

The maintenance/warehouse building is on 2.1 acres. The building was first opened in 1992 and has a total square footage of 55,800.

INFRASTRUCTURE (ON-SITE AND OFF-SITE)

The location of the warehouse is central to the district, and provides generously-sized site areas for traffic movement and bulk storage. Surface improvements were recommended, due to truck traffic and age. Sheltered storage areas for outdoor equipment and material storage were recommended to extend their lives. (SFPS FMP Update 2003)
